摘要
海水淡化是解决淡水资源短缺、保障供水安全的重要途径,撬装式反渗透海水淡化装置广泛适用于海岛、船舶等工况条件,具备占地少、规模灵活、安装简单便捷等优势。文章对撬装式反渗透海水淡化装置的结构布置、反渗透模块、电控模块的设计原则进行了概述,并对自主开发的船用、岛用和风光油储撬装式海水淡化装置的典型产品和技术特点进行了介绍,为撬装式海水淡化装备的研制和开发提供设计依据和指导参考。
Seawater desalination is the critical way to solve the shortage of fresh water resources and guarantees the safety of supply water. Skid-mounted reverse osmosis seawater desalination devices are widely used in complex working conditions such as islands and ships. Its advantages are small footprint, flexible scale and simple installation. The article introduced the design principle of structure layout, reverse osmosis module and electric module of skid-mounted reverse osmosis seawater desalination device. It also introduced the typical products and technical features of self-developed marine, island and wind oil storage and skid-mounted desalination units, which provided design basis and guidance for the development of skid-mounted desalination equipment.
