摘要
为探索地铁双线山岭隧道中采用预制拼装二次衬砌结构的技术可行性,首先,提出地铁双线山岭隧道结构设计方案,其中二次衬砌采用预制拼装及错缝拼装形式;然后,研究结构内力计算方法,推荐采用荷载-结构法,并采用梁-弹簧模型来模拟预制拼装二次衬砌结构内的接头力学行为,并推荐采用5环梁-弹簧整体分析模型。结构配筋分析结果显示,在3种围岩条件下,30cm厚度预制拼装二衬结构的配筋均在合理范围之内,可实现一套模具适应不同地层情况的效果。
To explore the technical feasibility of adopting prefabricated and assembled secondary lining structure in metro double line mountain tunnel, firstly,the structural design scheme is proposed, in which the prefabricated and assembled secondary lining and the staggered joint assembly is adopted;then, the internal force calculation method of the structure is studied, and the load-structure method is recommended, and the beam-spring model is used to simulate the mechanical behavior of the joints in the prefabricated and assembled secondary lining structure, and the 5 circle beamsspring integral analysis model is recommended;finally,according to the results of structural reinforcement analysis, under three grades of surrounding rock,the reinforcement of 30 cm thick prefabricated and assembled secondary lining structure is within a reasonable range, so that a single set can adapt to different strata.
