摘要
采用氯化钠模板法制备了光谱选择性聚乙烯膜。采用压汞仪、紫外-可见分光光度仪(UV-Vis)以及傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)研究了其气孔直径分布和紫外-可见光-近红外光谱特性。结果表明:聚乙烯膜内部分布着细小的气孔,具有光谱选择性。当氯化钠质量分数为40%时,在AM1.5太阳光光谱波段(0.3~2.5μm),聚乙烯膜的光谱吸收率低,其平均光谱吸收率为25%;在大气红外辐射窗口波段(8.0~13.0μm),聚乙烯膜的光谱发射率高,其平均光谱发射率为81%。
Selective spectral polyethylene films were prepared by sodium chloride template method.The pore diameter distribution and ultraviolet-visible-near-infrared spectra were studied by mercury injection instrument,ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer(UV-Vis)and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR).The results show that polyethylene film is distributed with fine pores and has spectral selectivity.When the mass fraction of sodium chloride is 40%,at AM1.5 solar spectrum band(0.3~2.5μm),the spectral absorption of polyethylene film is low,and its average spectral absorption is 25%.In the window band of atmospheric infrared radiation(8.0~13.0μm),the spectral emissivity of polyethylene film is high,and its average spectral emissivity is 81%.
