摘要
根据新能源材料与器件的专业特点,设计了柔性电极材料制备与储能性能分析的综合实验。实验采用一步热水法与优化工艺制备了柔性钴酸镍(NiCo2O4)阵列电极材料并对其物相、形貌表征以及储能特性进行了测试与分析。实践表明,该实验有助于新能源材料与器件专业学生了解并掌握柔性电极材料的制备工艺、表征手段以及超级电容器储能性能测试等知识,实现对柔性钴酸镍电极材料电极反应过程及储能机理等理论知识的理解和相关电化学实验数据的综合分析,有助于提升本科生综合实践能力,培育学生创新能力和专业素养。
According to the professional characteristics of new energy materials and devices,a comprehensive experiment of flexible electrode materials preparation and energy storage performance was designed.The experiment includes the preparation and process optimization of nickel cobalt oxide flexible electrode material,the characterization of physical properties such as phase and morphology,and the electrochemical testing of the energy storage characteristics.The practice has proved that the experiment can help students majoring in new energy materials and devices to understand and master the preparation process,characterization methods,supercapacitor energy storage performance testing,and the electrode reaction process of nickel cobalt oxide flexible electrode materials.The experiment contributes to the students’understanding of the energy storage mechanisms and other theoretical knowledge.The comprehensive analysis of relevant electrochemical experiment data is helpful to improve the comprehensive practical ability of undergraduates and cultivate students’innovative ability and professional quality.
