摘要
本文分析了涉及火山灰相关报文的主要类型以及目前国内的火山灰情报保障服务的主要技术手段,提出构建一种新型航空情报火山灰预警技术,以迅速发现并快速判断境外火山灰活动对我国空域的影响,帮助航空公司或情报员能够在火山活动发生时及时正确应对,对我国空域飞行安全保障,提高工作效率具有重要意义。
This paper analyzes the types of NOTAMs involving volcanic activity and the common methods of volcanic activity information support at present in China,proposes to build a new technology of automatic identification and warning of NOTAMs about volcanic ash coverage,to identify the coverage and impact of volcanic activity quickly,and help officers of Airlines and AIS act quickly to keep aviation safe when volcanic activity affects aviation operation.It also helps a lot to improve work efficiency and ensure flight safety.
