摘要
目的:分析国内叙事护理的研究现状及趋势,为我国叙事护理的后续研究及发展提供参考和借鉴。方法:通过检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库自建库至2022年7月31日收录的叙事护理领域相关的文献,应用CiteSpace可视化分析软件对所筛选的文献数据在发文量、关键词共现、关键词聚类、关键词突现、研究机构、作者方面进行可视化分析。结果:叙事护理研究领域的发文总量为1 294篇,总体发文量偏低,年发文量呈现逐年上升的趋势;主要研究的热点是叙事护理教育,叙事护理对焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪的积极影响,叙事护理在临床护理过程中的应用研究等。结论:我国叙事护理研究起步较晚,发文量偏低,研究作者及研究机构间的交流合作极少,叙事护理教育及临床研究水平亟待提高,今后需要加强与国际间的学习和交流,相互协作,促进该领域更加科学、快速地发展。
Objective:To analyze the research status quo and trends of domestic narrative nursing in China and to provide reference for the follow-up research and development of narrative nursing in China.Methods:Literature related to narrative nursing was retrieved from the three major databases: China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database, and VIP Database.The CiteSpace visual analysis software was used to visualize and analyze the selected literature data, including the number of published articles, keyword co-occurrence, keyword clustering, keyword emergence, research institutions, and authors.Results:The total number of published papers in narrative nursing research was 1 294,the overall volume of published articles was lower, and the annual number of published articles showed an increasing trend year by year.The main research hotspot was narrative nursing education, the positive impact of narrative nursing on negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, the application of narrative nursing in the clinical nursing process, etc.Conclusions:The research on narrative nursing in China started relatively later, the number of published papers was lower, and there was very little cooperation between research authors and institutions.The narrative nursing education and clinical research level needs to be urgently improved.In the future, it is necessary to strengthen international learning, exchanges, and cooperation to promote more scientific and rapid development in this field.
