摘要
目的观察吞咽辅助训练器治疗儿童异常吞咽的疗效。方法选取异常吞咽儿童45例,佩戴吞咽辅助训练器3个月,比较治疗前后吞咽时口周肌肉、舌体位置以及吐舌分级的变化。结果佩戴前与佩戴3个月后,口周肌肉群的变化比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后舌体位置改变例数及吐舌分级例数数比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吞咽辅助训练器可明显改善口周肌肉紧张,改善吐舌习惯,有助于舌体恢复正常位置。
Objective To observe the curative effect of swallowing auxiliary trainer in the treatment of abnormal swallowing in children.Methods Forty-five children with abnormal swallowing were selected.After wearing the swallowing aid trainer for 3 months,the changes of perioral muscles during swallowing were compared before and after treatment,the tongue position changes of patients were compared before and after treatment and the change of tongue spit grade was compared before and after treatment.Results There were statistical differences in perioral muscle groups before and after 3 months of wearing(P<0.05).After 3 months of wearing,there was a statistical difference in tongue position changes and the number of children with different tongue spitting grades(P<0.05).Conclusions The swallowing auxiliary trainer can obviously improve the muscle tension around the mouth,improve the habit of tongue spitting,and help the tongue return to normal position.
