摘要
通过分析近几年天气系统、暴雨因素、人为影响等因素对洪水形成的影响,对招远市境内中小河流现有防洪能力存在的问题进行了初步探讨。研究结果表明:招远市中小河流洪水的形成主要是人为因素的影响。因此,防灾减灾需要通过完善防洪规划和建立健全中小河流防洪体系,限制人为因素的影响,以确保人民群众的生命财产安全。
By analyzing the influence of weather system, torrential rain factor, human influence and other factors on flood formation in recent years, the problems existing in the existing flood control capacity of medium and small rivers in Zhaoyuan City are preliminarily discussed. The results of the study showed that:The formation of floods in medium and small rivers in Zhaoyuan City is mainly caused by human factors. Only the correct implementation of flood control and disaster reduction can ensure the safety of people’s lives and properties.
