后掏土法处理长螺旋压灌桩空孔段施工技术

摘要 针对长螺旋压灌桩桩顶标高低于工作面标高而产生的空孔段混凝土浪费这一业内亟待解决的问题,结合实际工程案例,详细介绍了后掏土法处理长螺旋压灌桩空孔段的施工工艺。重点阐述了防旋转钢护筒、混凝土面筒式螺旋掏土钻头等的制作与应用关键技术。通过使用该工艺,大幅减少了混凝土的浪费,降低了施工成本和碳排放,为长螺旋压灌桩施工技术的改进提供参考价值。 In view of the problem that the top elevation of the long spiral pressure grouting pile is lower than the elevation of the working face,which causes the waste of concrete in the hollow section in the industry to be urgently solved,combined with the actual project case,the construction technology of treating the hollow section of the long spiral pressure grouting pile with the post-digging earth method is introduced in detail.The key technologies for the manufacture and application of anti rotation steel pile casing and concrete surface barrel auger digging bit are mainly described.By using this technology,the waste of concrete is greatly reduced,the construction cost and carbon emission are reduced,and the reference value for the improvement of the construction technology of long spiral pressure grouting pile is provided.
