摘要
为确保逆作法中“一柱一桩”的垂直度,对新型逆作法激光测斜仪进行了持续研发。介绍了第4代新型逆作法激光测斜仪的研发过程及在实际工程中的应用效果。目前的第4代产品,调垂精度可达1/1000以上,可实现垂直度的施工全过程测量,施工便捷高效,在项目实践中取得了良好的效果。
To ensure the verticality of"one pile per column"in reverse construction method,a new type of laser inclinometer for reverse construction method is continuously developed.The research and development process of the fourth generation new reverse construction laser inclinometer and its application effect in practical projects are introduced.The current fourth generation product has a verticality adjustment accuracy of more than 1/1000,which can realize the whole construction process measurement of verticality.The construction is convenient and efficient,and achieves good results in project practice.
