摘要
通过试验测试4种铜制剂对沃柑溃疡病的田间防治效果,以确定合理的使用浓度和技术,并评价其对沃柑的安全性,从而为沃柑病害防控技术提供依据。结果表明:美果铜、噻菌铜、加瑞农和可杀得叁千4种铜制剂均能有效防治沃柑叶片溃疡病,其中美果铜800倍液对沃柑溃疡病的防治效果最显著,其平均防效高达95%以上,20%噻菌酮悬浮剂500倍液和47%加瑞农可湿性粉剂600倍液次之,77%可杀得叁千可湿性粉剂800倍液效果相对最差;4个处理对果实的防效分别为97.68%、94.32%、93.70%、93.03%,其中美果铜800倍液的防效与其他3个处理差异显著。在新梢叶片转绿期、幼果直径1.5 cm时开始喷药,下雨前、后适时喷药,能有效防治沃柑溃疡病。
The experiment was conducted to determinate field effects of four kinds of copper fungicides againstcitrus canker,the reasonable concentration and technology,and evaluate their safety on citrus.It provided a basis for theprevention and control technology of citrus diseases.The results showed that the four kinds of copper fungicides(oxine-copper,thiadiazole-copper,kasugamycin+copper oxychloride and copper hydroxide)could all effectively control citruscanker in leaves,among which,oxine-copper 800 times dilution had the most significant control effect,its averageefficacy was above 95%,followed by 20%thiadiazole-copper SC 500 times dilution and 47%kasugamycin+copperoxychloride WP 600 times dilution,and average efficacy of 77%copper hydroxide WP 800 times dilution was the worst;the control effects of the four treatments on fruit were 97.68%,94.32%,93.70%and 93.03%,respectively,and thecontrol effect of oxine-copper 800 times dilution was significantly different from other three treatments.Spraying startswhen the new shoots and leaves turns green,diameter of young fruit is 1.5 cm,starting spay the agents can effectivelycontrol citrus canker,as well as before and after rainning.
