摘要
汽车线束是汽车电路的网络主体,随着人们对汽车的安全性、舒适性、经济性和排放性要求的提高,汽车电线束结构变得越来越复杂。随着汽车产品升级换代速度的增加,“多品种、小批量、变更快”的特点越发突出,对汽车电线束生产企业的产品设计、工艺规划、生产管理提出了更高的要求,特别是对于技术和生产部门来说,图纸频繁变更导致管理难度加大,传统的纸版图纸及工艺已不能满足现场生产及品质管理要求。基于此需求设计开发一套汽车电线束图文档管理系统,利用该系统可以对产品技术状态进行有效管理,生产现场可以无纸化查询相关技术资料,进一步提升现场管理水平,提高产品生产效率,确保产品品质受控,提升企业经济效益。
The automobile harness is the main network body of the automobile circuit. With the improvement of people’s requirements on automobile safety, comfort, economy and emission, the structure of automobile harness becomes more and more complex. At the same time, with the increase of the speed of upgrade and replacement of automotive products, the feature of “ multiple varieties, small batch, fast change” becomes more prominent, which puts forward higher requirements for product design, process planning and production management of automotive harness production enterprises. Especially for technology and production departments, frequent changes in drawings make management more difficult. Traditional paper layout and processes can not meet the requirements of on-site production and quality management. Based on this requirement, a set of document management system for automobile wiring harness diagram is designed and developed. With this system, the technical status of products can be effectively managed. On the production site, related technical data can be queried without paper. The level of onsite management can be further improved, the production efficiency can be improved, the quality of products can be controlled, and the economic benefits of enterprises can be improved.
