摘要 现有降温服存在自适应调节困难的问题,导致能量消耗过快。为此,研究一种基于PLC的降温服局部热传递温度控制方法。利用贴片温度传感器采集人体温度,并对温度信号进行去噪和增强处理。以采集的温度值与给定温度值之间的差值为输入量,利用模糊PID控制算法计算出最佳控制量,通过微型便携PLC驱动降温服制冷器运行,将温度自适应调节到人体最适宜温度。结果表明利用所提方法控制降温服进行降温,人体与服装之间的微气候区温度值始终控制在22℃~28℃范围内,而人体体温也一直维持在36.5℃左右的恒定水平,控制效果较好。 The existing cooling suit has the problem of difficult adaptive adjustment,which leads to the energy consumption is too fast.Therefore,a local heat transfer temperature control method of cooling suit based on PLC is studied.The human body temperature is collected by the temperature sensor,and the temperature signal is denoised and enhanced.Taking the difference between the collected temperature value and the given temperature value as the input value,the fuzzy PID control algorithm is used to calculate the optimal control value,and the temperature is adaptively adjusted to the most suitable temperature of the human body through the micro portable PLC driving the cooling suit cooler.The results show that the temperature of microclimate zone between human body and clothing is always controlled in the range of 22 ℃ ±28 ℃,and the human body temperature is always maintained at a constant level of about 36.5 ℃.
