摘要
目的分析ICU急性左心衰竭患者抢救中机械辅助通气及护理的有效性.方法选取2019年10月-2020年10月ICU接诊的60例急性左心衰竭患者作为研究对象开展试验,采用交替分组法分为对照组、观察组各30例.对照组急性左心衰竭患者抢救中实施机械辅助通气及常规护理,观察组实施机械辅助通气及综合护理,对比分析两组患者病情缓解率及护理前后血气分析指标水平.结果观察组急性左心衰竭患者病情缓解率远高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;护理前,两组急性左心衰竭患者血气分析指标水平对比差异不显著,P>0.05;护理后,观察组急性左心衰竭患者R、HR水平分别为(20.98±4.66)次/min、(94.35±10.02)次/min,低于对照组,SaO2水平(97.68±3.54)%,高于对照组,P<0.05.与对照组患者及家属满意度83.33%对比,观察组更高,有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论ICU急性左心衰竭患者抢救中机械辅助通气及综合护理的实施有助于提高患者病情缓解率、改善血气指标.
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of mechanical ventilation in ICU patients with acute left heart failure.Methods From October 2019 to Octoher 2020,60 patients with acute left heart failure in ICU were enrolled in the study.In the control group,the patients with acute left heart failure were treated with mechanical ventilation and routine nursing,while in the observation group,the patients were treated with mechanical ventilation and comprehensive nursing,the remission rate and blood gas analysis indexes before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The remission rate of patients with acute left heart failure in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the dfference of blood gas analysis indexes between the two groups before nursing was significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the levels of R and HR in the observation group were(20.98±4.66)times/min and(94.35±10.02)times/min,lower than those in the control group,and the level of Sa02 was(97.68±3.54)%,higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with 83.33%in the control group,the satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mechanical ventilation and comprehensive nursing in the rescue of patients with acute left heart failure in ICU is helpful to improve the remission rate and blood gas index of patients.
