摘要
目的:观察补虚祛瘀方联合新生化颗粒治疗产后子宫复旧的疗效。方法:124例随机分为对照组和研究组各62例,两组均口服新生化颗粒,研究组加用补虚祛瘀方。结果:研究组子宫复旧总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组各症状改善时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组子宫长径、横径、前后径均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组收缩期峰值流速高于对照组,阻力指数、搏动指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组TIMP-1表达量高于对照组(P<0.05)、MMP-9表达量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补虚祛瘀方联合新生化颗粒可在短时间内改善症状,改变子宫血流和MMP-9、TIMP-1表达。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Buxu Quyu Decoction combined with Xinshenghua Granule in the treatment of postpartum uterine involution. Methods: A total of 124 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, 62 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with Xinshenghua Granules, and the study group were treated with Buxu Quyu Decoction in addition. Results : The total effective rate of uterine involution in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The improvement time of each symptom in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the long diameter, transverse diameter and anteroposterior diameter of the uterus in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the peak systolic velocity in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the resistance index and pulsation index were lower than those in the control group( P<0.05). After treatment, the expression of TIMP-1 in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the expression of MMP-9 was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Buxu Quyu Decoction combined with Xinshenghua Granule could improve symptoms in a short time, change uterine blood flow and MMP-9 and TIMP-1 expression.
