摘要
在化工生产中,承压设备的稳定运行是化工生产的重要因素。在实际运行中,由于化工生产环境的复杂,导致承压设备常发生腐蚀、磨损、异常振动、密封泄露等故障。因此,在化工机械承压设备管理中,要加强日常检修、加强设备管理、做好故障诊断工作,延长化工机械承压设备的安全运行周期。
In chemical production,the stable operation of pressure equipment is an important factor in chemical production.In actual operation,due to the complex chemical production environment,pressure equipment often suffers from corrosion,wear,abnormal vibration,seal leakage and other failures.Therefore,in the management of pressure equipment of chemical machinery,it is necessary to strengthen daily maintenance,equipment management,fault diagnosis and extend the safe operation cycle of pressure equipment of chemical machinery.
