摘要
目的:观察马来酸桂哌齐特联合甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗后循环缺血性眩晕(PCIV)的效果及对患者血清D-二聚体(D-D)、S100钙结合蛋白(S100)和脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)水平的影响。方法:选取锦州医科大学附属第一医院神经内科2020年1月-2022年1月诊治的94例PCIV患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组给予甲磺酸倍他司汀,观察组加用马来酸桂哌齐特。治疗7 d后评估效果,检测血浆黏度、全血高切黏度和全血低切黏度;取清晨血清标本检测D-D、S100和Lp-PLA2水平,统计药物不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为95.74%,高于对照组的80.85%,血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度和血清D-D、S100和Lp-PLA2水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:PCIV患者使用马来酸桂哌齐特联合甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗能提高效果,降低血液黏度和血清D-D、S100和Lp-PLA2水平,且未增加不良反应。
Objective:To observe the effect of Cinepazide Maleate combined with Betahistine Mesylate in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo(PCIV)and its effect on the levels of serum D-dimer(D-D),S100 calcium binding protein(S100)and lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2).Method:A total of 94 PCIV patients were selected from the Department of Neurology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2020 to January 2022,according to random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,47 cases in each group.The control group was given Betastine Mesylate,and the observation group was given Cinpiazide Maleate.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after 7 days of treatment,and plasma viscosity,whole blood high tangential viscosity and whole blood low tangential viscosity were detected;serum samples were collected in the morning for detection of D-D,S100 and Lp-PLA2 levels,and adverse drug reactions were analyzed.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.74%,higher than 80.85%of the control group,plasma viscosity,whole blood high tangential viscosity,whole blood low tangential viscosity and serum D-D,S100 and Lp-PLA2 levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of PCIV patients with Cinepazide Maleate combined with Betahistine Mesylate can improve the curative effect,reduce blood viscosity and serum D-D,S100 and Lp-PLA2 levels without increasing adverse reactions.
