摘要
目的 分析持续护理质量改进干预对糖尿病足患者病情恢复及生活质量的改善效果。方法 选取80例糖尿病足患者,均为我院2017年8月至2020年8月所收治,经随机数表法分为两组,将其中接受常规护理干预的40例患者设为对照组,将另外接受持续护理质量改进干预的40例患者设为研究组,观察并比较护理效果。结果 与对照组相比,研究组护理后6个月的各项生活质量评分均明显提高(P<0.05)。与护理前相比,两组护理后的各项足部状况均明显改善(P<0.05);护理后,两组各项足部状况改善程度比较,研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组护理后6个月的基础护理、安全护理、病房管理、消毒隔离、护理文书等护理质量评分均明显提高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组的护理总满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论为糖尿病足患者提供持续护理质量改进干预,能显著提高护理质量及患者满意度显著,并能显著改善其生活质量及临床症状。
Objective To analyze the effect of continuous care quality improvement intervention on the recovery and quality of life of diabetic foot patients. Methods Eighty patients with diabetic foot were selected from our hospital from August 2017 to August 2020. They were divided into two groups by random number table. Among them, 40 patients who received routine nursing intervention were set as control group, 40 patients who received continuous nursing quality improvement intervention were set up as the study group, and the nursing effect was observed and compared.Results Compared with the control group, the scores of quality of life in the study group were significantly improved half a year after nursing(P<0.05).Compared with before nursing, the foot conditions of the two groups after nursing were significantly improved(P<0.05). Moreover, compared with the control group, the improvement of various foot conditions after nursing in the study group was more significant(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the scores of basic nursing, safety nursing, ward management, disinfection and isolation, nursing documents and other nursing quality in the study group were significantly improved half a year after nursing(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the total satisfaction of nursing in the study group was significantly improved(P<0.05). Conclusion To provide continuous nursing quality improvement intervention for diabetic foot patients, it can significantly improve their quality of life and clinical symptoms, improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
