基于改进TOPSIS模型的配电台区电压质量评估方法 被引量:4

摘要 为了精确评价配电台区电压质量,对低压侧(0.4 kV)及中压侧(10 kV)影响因素进行分析,确立包含配电设备、配网网架、运行信息等准则的指标评价体系。并分别使用层次分析法(Analytic Hierachy Procass,AHP)及熵权法计算主客观权重,进而依据最小信息增益原理确定综合权重。引入K-Means聚类算法对传统理想解贴近度排序法(TOPSIS)排序模型加以改进,解决原方法所得极值相量过于依赖样本分散性的问题。最后收集某市2502个配电台区数据进行测试,结果验证了本文评估方法的有效性。 In order to accurately evaluate the voltage quality of the distribution station area, the influencing factors of the low-voltage side(0.4 k V) and the medium-voltage side(10 k V) are analyzed, and an index evaluation system including criteria such as distribution equipment, distribution network frame, and operation information is established. The principal component analysis(AHP) method and the entropy weight method are used respectively to calculate the subjective and objective weights, and then determine the comprehensive weights according to the principle of minimum information gain. The K-Means clustering algorithm is introduced to improve the traditional TOPSIS sorting model to solve the problem that the extreme value phasors obtained by the original method are too dependent on the dispersion of the samples to be sampled.Finally, the data of 2502 distribution stations in a city are collected for testing, and the results verify the effectiveness of the evaluation method in this paper.
