摘要
研制了一种双斜盘轴配流轴向柱塞式液压电机泵样机,并通过实验研究了样机所能达到的性能:理论排量7 mL/r、额定工作转速6000 r/min下公称压力20 MPa;5000 r/min下最大工作压力30 MPa;液压泵部分的容积效率达到91%以上。测得液压电机泵总效率最高值到达61%,中等转速区间(2000~4500 r/min)和压力区间(10~30 MPa)范围内总效率在0.56~0.61。实验表明,此类型液压电机泵,转子黏性阻力损失和配流轴间隙处的泄漏损失是两大主要损失,温度对这两大损失分别有明显的减少和增加作用,通过改善散热条件、选取合适的配流副间隙和使用低黏度液压油,有望更进一步提高样机的总效率。结果表明:适度提高液压电机泵的工作转速和提高电机的电流密度可以显著提高液压电机泵的功率密度,但转速过高,会带来较大的黏性阻力损失;采用较低工作转速、偏细长型的转子,采用低黏度液压油和取合适的配流副间隙,并且改善散热条件等,都是提高轴配流液压电机泵总效率的有效方法。
A prototype of double-swash-plate axial piston hydraulic electric motor pump with shaft type commutation is manufactured and tested.The test results of the prototype show that the volumetric displacement per turn is 7 mL/r,the pressure could reach 20 MPa at the rated rotating speed 6000 r/min and 30 MPa at the rotating speed 5000 r/min,the volumetric efficiency of pump is 91%.The maximum overall efficiency of prototype including electric motor and pump is 0.61,and a range of the overall efficiency is 0.56 to 0.61 in the working area set by the working pressure range between 10 MPa and 30 MPa and the rotating speed range between 2000 r/min and 4500 r/min.The experiment results also verify that the main efficiency loss of the prototype is attributed to rotor viscous resistance loss and the leakage loss of the clearance between commutating shaft and its matched cylinder,heat has a positive effect on the former and a negative effect on the latter.It is expected to further improve the overall efficiency of the prototype by improving the heat dissipation conditions,selecting the appropriate the clearance between the commutating shaft and its matched cylinder,and using low viscosity hydraulic oil.The research results show properly increasing the working rotating speed of the hydraulic motor pump and increasing the current density of electric motor can significantly improve the power density of the hydraulic motor pump,however,too high rotating speed will cause greater viscous resistance loss.It is an effective way to improve the overall efficiency of the axial flow distribution hydraulic motor pump to adopt a relatively slender rotor with low working speed,improve the heat dissipating conditions,use low viscosity hydraulic oil and take a reasonable clearance between the commutating shaft and its matched cylinder.
