摘要
软土地区多层建筑在二次挖填场地建设涉及基础选型、地基处理和杂填土综合利用的问题,传统操作上回填土需要挖除后回填砂石垫层或者直接采用混凝土桩基,投资浪费,不利于环境生态保护,如何正确选用杂填土甚或综合处理后作为复合地基持力层显得尤为重要,需要地勘、设计和施工图审查等有关部门共同努力推动,首先要综合利用杂填土承载,地勘单位要提供更全面的杂填土力学性能指标,设计部门在基础选型时要充分利用好杂填土的自然承载力或者通过综合处理提高杂填土的承载力,尽量采用原状土或者复合地基承载,施工图审查、工程验收和行业监管部门要更新观念,从科学管理的角度加以正确引导。
Multi-storey building in soft soil area in secondary fill involves to the construction of basis selection,foundation treatment and comprehensive utilization of miscellaneous fill,backfill soil on traditional operation need invisible after backfill sand mat layer or directly using concrete pile foundation,waste of investment,is not conducive to environmental protection,how to correctly choose miscellaneous fill even after comprehensive treatment as composite foundation bearing layer is particularly important,need to geological exploration,design and construction drawing review and other relevant departments work together to promote,first is to comprehensive utilization of miscellaneous fill bearing,geological exploration units to provide a more comprehensive detailed miscellaneous fill soil mechanics performance index,while selecting a base design department should make full use of good natural bearing capacity of miscellaneous fill soil or through a comprehensive treatment to improve the bearing capacity of the miscellaneous fill,as far as possible the undisturbed soil or composite foundation bearing,construction drawing review,engineering acceptance and industry regulators to renew the idea,from the Angle of scientific management,to correctly guide them.
