摘要
目的分析心脏康复护理结合无创通气治疗在高龄慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)合并左心衰患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2019年3月至2021年5月收治110例高龄COPD合并左心衰患者为例,随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各55例,两组均给予无创通气治疗,对照组接受常规护理,观察组另加用心脏康复护理,对比两组患者干预效果。结果观察组护理效果(98.18%)高于对照组(78.18%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组心功能、运动耐受力、生活质量评分对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对COPD并左心衰患者行心脏康复护理结合无创通气治疗,可显著提高其心功能、运动耐受力。
Objective To investigatethe application effect of cardiac rehabilitation nursing combined with noninvasive ventilation in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)andleft heart failure.Methods A total of 110 elderly patients with COPD and left heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from March2019 to May 2021 were enrolled and divided into observation group and control groupusing a random number table,with55 patientsin each group.The patients in the control group received noninvasive ventilation and routine nursing,and those in the observation group received cardiac rehabilitation nursing in addition to the treatment in the control group.The intervention effectwas compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had a significantly better nursing effect than the control group(98.18%vs 78.18%,P<0.05).After intervention,there were significant differences between the two groups in the scores of cardiacfunction,exercise tolerance,and quality of life(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with COPD and left heart failure,cardiac rehabilitation nursing combined with noninvasive ventilation can significantly improve their cardiac function and exercise tolerance.
