海上风电超大型吸力桩基础沉贯可行性分析

摘要 吸力桩(桶)基础因其经济、高效、环保等特性,从海洋油气行业逐步扩展到海上风电领域。文章针对国内首个全场采用超大型吸力桩导管架基础的海上风电场典型基础进行沉贯分析,并与现场实际沉贯数据进行对比分析,同时考虑沉贯安装过程中可能临时顶起以及服役到期后的永久移除压力分析,并对各种情况下的结构强度进行校核。结果表明:采用DNVGL规范公式计算会高估吸力桩沉贯阻力,引入黏土灵敏度对沉贯阻力进行折减,计算所得的沉贯阻力与实测值较接近;临时顶起正压力与与负压沉贯压力一致,差别是基础自重的作用方向相反,永久移除刚开始时不考虑土体扰动的影响,所需正压力要远大于沉贯压力。 The foundation of suction pile(barrel)has gradually expanded from the offshore oil and gas industry to the field of offshore wind power due to its economical,efficient and environment-friendly characteristics.This paper examines the foundation penetration and contrasted with the actual data of the first offshore wind farm in China that uses a super-sized suction pile jacket foundation in the entire site.Simultaneously,it analyzes possible temporary jacking during penetration installation and permanent removal of pressure after service expiration,and verifies the structural strength under various conditions.The results show:The penetration resistance of suction piles will be overestimated by using DNVGL formula,however,a more realistic value can be obtained by introducing the clay sensitivity to lower the penetration resistance.The temporary jacking positive pressure is consistent with the negative penetration pressure,with the difference being that the foundation weight acts in the opposite direction in these two circumstances.The impact of soil disturbance is not taken into account at the outset of permanent removal,and the required positive pressure is much higher than the penetration pressure.
