摘要
目的探讨伤残接受度对脑卒中后偏瘫患者社会疏离的影响,为临床干预提供参考依据。方法选取郑州大学第二附属医院232例脑卒中后偏瘫患者进行问卷调查,并对患者伤残接受度量表、一般社会疏离感得分进行统计分析。结果脑卒中后偏瘫患者伤残接受度得分为(75.52±12.38)分,社会疏离得分为(43.35±6.02)分。Person相关分析显示患者伤残接受度总分与社会疏离总分呈负相关(r=—0.749,P<0.001)。单因素分析显示,患者年龄大、文化程度低、无配偶、家庭人均月收入低、病程长、卒中发作次数多是脑卒中后偏瘫患者社会疏离的影响因素;多重线性回归分析显示,文化程度低、无配偶、病程长及伤残接受度低为脑卒中后偏瘫患者社会疏离的独立危险因素。结论脑卒中后偏瘫患者社会疏离水平处于中等偏高水平,有必要进行早期干预,伤残接受度可作为干预的主要内容。
Objective To explore the effect of disability acceptance on social alienation of hemiplegia after stroke patients,and to provide reference for clinical intervention.Methods A total of 232 hemiplegia after stroke patients in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as the research objects,and the disability acceptance scale score and the general social alienation scale score were statistically analyzed in the form of a questionnaire.Results The scores of disability acceptance and social alienation of hemiplegia after stroke patients were(75.52±12.38)and(43.35±6.02),respectively.Person correlation analysis showed that the total score of disability acceptance was negatively correlated with the total score of social alienation(r=—0.749,P<0.001).The results of univariate analysis showed that older age,no spouse,low education level,low family per capita monthly income,long course of disease,and more stroke episodes were the influencing factors of social alienation in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that low education level,no spouse,long course of disease and low acceptance of disability were independent risk factors for social alienation in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Conclusion The level of social alienation in patients with hemiplegia after stroke is moderately high.It is necessary to carry out early intervention,and disability acceptance can be the main content of intervention.
