摘要
以地方高校平顶山学院材料科学与工程专业为研究对象,辅以本土企业优势和学校发展定位,以高校特色实践教学基地为支点,构建特色鲜明,运行高效的地方高校实践教学平台。形成企业人员、教师、学生共同参与,资源共享、合作共赢的模式以及以学生实践创新能力为核心的人才培养目标,以实践能力为导向的协同育人机制及人才培养评价体系。
Taking the material science and engineering major of Pingdingshan University as the research object,supplemented by local enterprise advantages and school development orientation,and taking the characteristic practice teaching base of the university as the fulcrum,it will build a characteristic and efficient practical teaching platform for local universities.Enterprise personnel,teachers and students participate together to form a model of resource sharing and win-win cooperation.The goal is to cultivate talents with students'practical innovation ability as the core,and to practice ability-oriented collaborative education mechanism model innovation and talent training evaluation system.
