摘要
为明确无人机投放稻螟赤眼蜂大面积统防统治水稻二化螟技术的应用效果,在盘锦市大洼区设置133 hm^(2)试验田,开展此项技术的应用效果研究。试验区内,于一代二化螟成虫羽化始盛期开始放蜂,共放蜂3次,每次间隔5~6 d,随机取点调查结果表明,稻螟赤眼蜂对二化螟卵寄生率分别为56.55%、89.55%、91.55%。水稻穗期虫伤株率0.78%,显著低于空白对照区的5.82%,防治效果为86.60%。初步明确无人机定点投放赤眼蜂技术能够有效控制水稻二化螟。
In order to determine the application effect of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)technology on controlling Trichogramma ostrinosa in large area,a 133 hm^(2)test field was set up in Dawa District of Panjin City to study the application effect of this technology.In the experiment area,Trichogramma were released three times from the first full stage of adult emergence,with each interval of 5 to 6 days.The results of random sampling showed that the egg parasitism rates of Trichogramma oryzae to rice-stem borer suppressant were 56.55%,89.55%and 91.55%,respectively.The rate of insect damage in rice ear stage was 0.78%,significantly lower than 5.82%in blank control area,and the control effect was 86.60%.It has been preliminarily confirmed that Trichogramma placement technology by UAV can effectively control rice-stem borer suppressant.
