摘要
针对赵楼煤矿智能化矿井建设需要,构建了智能通风集成管控平台,集成了矿井主要通风机远程控制和一键倒机一键反风、风井防爆帽自动控制、智能风门设施、变频风机、精准测风装置、光纤测温、微色谱束管在线监测、智能喷雾、三维动态可视化等项目,在矿井一通三防智能化建设管理方面取得了较好的预期效果。
According to the needs of intelligent mine construction in Zhaolou Coal Mine,an intelligent ventilation integrated management and control platform is constructed.It integrates the projects such as remote control of mine main ventilator and reverse the machine with one button and one button against the wind,automatic control of explosion-proof cap in air shaft,intelligent throttle facilities,frequency conversion fan,accurate wind measuring device,optical fiber temperature measurement,micro-chromatographic beam tube on-line monitoring,intelligent spraying,three-dimensional dynamic visualization and so on.Good expected results are achieved in the intelligent construction and management of one ventilation and three precautions in the mine.
