围隔生境下养殖密度对菲律宾蛤仔生长的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为揭示养殖密度对菲律宾蛤仔(Ruditapes philippinarum)养殖生产的影响,在福建定海湾的菲律宾蛤仔滩涂养殖区建立围隔系统,分析和比较了高(1400粒/m^(2))、中(700粒/m^(2))和低(350粒/m^(2))三组养殖密度对菲律宾蛤仔产量和生长的影响。基于生长曲线模型拟合,解析了该系统中菲律宾蛤仔的生长和形态参数变化特征及密度组间差异。研究显示:中密度组菲律宾蛤仔的相对增产率(35%)显著高于高密度组(10%)和低密度组(17%)。低密度组的体质量和相对体积呈持续生长的特征,其体质量和相对体积的生长曲线与Von Bertalanffy动物生长模型有较高拟合度(R^(2)分别为0.913和0.953);中、高密度组的生长均呈显著的阶段性特征,具体表现为快生长、生长停滞再到快生长。通过分析蛤仔的形态参数与体质量变化的相关性,发现二次多项式模型在中、高密度组具有较高的拟合度(R^(2)≥0.913),但在低密度组拟合度无明显规律。研究结果显示,在实验设置的围隔环境中,养殖密度不仅影响菲律宾蛤仔的产量,而且影响其形态构建和生长规律。 In order to understand the effect of stocking density on the growth and production of Manila clam Ruditapes philippinarum, three stocking densities(1 400, 700, 350 ind./m^(2), referring to high, medium and low density groups respectively) were used to analyze the yield and growth of the clam at Dinghai Bay, Fujian, China. According to the fitting of animal growth models, growth characteristics and morphological parameters of the clam were compared among different stocking density groups. The results showed that, the relative output rate of R. philippinarum in medium density group was 35%, significantly higher than that in high and low density groups(10% and 17%, P<0.05). The individual growth process of R. philippinarum has a significant difference among groups. For clam in low density group, both weight and relative volume showed the characteristics of continuous growth, which had the best fit with Von Bertalanffy animal growth model(weight, R^(2)=0.913, and relative volume, R^(2)=0.953). In contrast, the individual growth of the clam in medium and high density groups showed the significant phased characteristics of fast growth, growth stagnation and then fast growth. By analyzing the correlation between individual morphological parameters and weight changes of R. philippinarum, the quadratic polynomial model had been screened as the highest fitting degree(R^(2)≥0.913) in medium and high density groups. However, no obvious growth characteristics appeared in low density group. Under the conditions of enclosed system, the yield, the shaping of morphology and the patterns of individual growth were affected by the stocking density of the clam.
