双目相机低温防护设计与试验研究

Design and Experiment on Low Temperature Protection of Binocular Camera

摘要 本文主要设计一种适用于双目相机的保护仓,为双目相机在真空低温环境下提供良好的运行环境。通过对保护仓结构设计、材质选择和内部加热系统热功率的理论计算,表明保护仓设计符合理论要求。对保护仓进行72小时的低温监测,内部温度保持在24℃-27℃。保护仓设计从理论和实验均满足低温环境下的防护要求,能为双目相机精确、稳定的测量提供很好的控温保护。 This article mainly designs a protective bin suitable for binocular cameras,which provides a good operating environment for binocular cameras in a vacuum and low temperature environment. The theoretical calculation of the structural design,material selection and internal heating system thermal power of the protection warehouse shows that the design of the protection warehouse meets the theoretical requirements. The design of the protection chamber meets the protection requirements in low-temperature environments both theoretically and experimentally,and can provide good temperature control protection for the accurate and stable measurement of the binocular camera.
