摘要
目的 对于早产儿护理工作中应用家长参与式护理模式的应用效果进行探讨。方法 选取锦州市妇婴医院接诊的84例早产儿作为研究对象,时间为2018年2月至2019年2月,通过随机数字表法分为两组,对照组42例,给予常规护理服务,观察组42例,给予早产儿家长参与式护理模式,对比两组早产儿接受不同护理模式之后的护理效果。结果 两组早产儿接受不同护理模式之后,观察组早产儿家长基本护理知识评分、护理技能评分明显高于对照组(P <0.05);两组早产儿接受不同护理模式之后,观察组早产儿体质量、生长指标以及头围明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 通过本文研究可见,为早产儿护理工作中应用家长参与式护理模式效果理想,能够显著提升早产儿家长护理技能,帮助早产儿健康成长,应该给予大力的推广与应用。
Objective To explore the effect of the application of parents’ participatory nursing mode in the nursing of premature infants.Methods Eighty-four cases of preterm infants received in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study. The selected preterm infants were divided into groups by the method of random number table. Forty-two cases of preterm infants were given routine nursing services as the control group, and the remaining 42 cases of preterm infants were given parents’ participatory nursing mode as the observation group. After receiving different nursing modes, the two groups of preterm infants were compared rational effect. Results After the two groups received different nursing modes, the scores of basic nursing knowledge and nursing skills of the parents of premature infants in the observation group were higher than those in the cortrol group;after the two groups received different nursing modes, the body weight, growth index and head circumference of premature infants in the observation group were higher than those in the cortrol group. Conclusion Through this study, we can see that The application of parents’ participatory nursing mode in the work of preterm care is ideal, which can significantly improve the parents’ nursing skills of preterm infants and help the healthy growth of preterm infants, and should be vigorously promoted and applied.
