600 MW锅炉旋流燃烧器结构优化及超低负荷稳燃数值模拟

摘要 为了能达到锅炉在高负荷情况下整体燃烧工况变化不大,对某600 MW锅炉旋流燃烧器提出了优化方案。优化后锅炉整体运行较优化前变化不大,并且能够在20%额定负荷情况下,燃烧器可保证煤粉稳定燃烧的目标,同时开展了数值模拟优化研究。结果对比表明,适当缩小浓缩器内径为最优方案。 In order to achieve lttle change in the overall combustion condition of the boiler under high load,an op-timization scheme for the swirl burner of 600 MW boiler is put forward.The overall operation after optimization has little change compared with that before optimization,and the burner can ensure the goal of stable combustion of pulverized coal under 20%rated load.Meanwhile,numerical simulation optimization research is carried out.By result comparison,the optimal scheme of reducing the inner diameter of concentrator is proposed.
