摘要
蓬勃发展的平台经济以其创新的商业模式为农村产业发展带来了新的动力,也为乡村治理带来了新的参与主体。以一家典型的农业电商平台新创企业为研究对象,探讨新创平台企业如何在制度因素影响下,逐步完成商业模式设计,推动农村集体经济发展与乡村治理的过程。研究发现,集体经济以其政策性、声誉性、主体性、共演性作用,影响着新创平台企业从价值主张设计到调整,再到发展价值活动,最终实现价值主张与价值活动匹配的商业模式确立,并推动平台企业与平台关键参与主体由形成乡村治理认知,到成为乡村治理参与主体及实施具体行动,进而驱动乡村治理完善升级。
The booming platform economy, with its innovative business model, has brought new impetus to the development of rural industries and new participants in rural governance. The study, with a typical agricultural e-commerce platform start-up as the case, discussed the process of how the platform startup gradually completed the business model design under the influence of institutional factors, and promoted rural collective economic development and rural governance. The study found that the collective economy,with its role of policy, reputation, subjectivity, and co-evolution, affected the platform start-up from value proposition design and adjustment, to the development of value activities, and finally to the establishment of a business model matching value proposition and value activities, with promoted the platform start-up and the key participants on the platform from forming rural governance awareness to becoming the participants in rural governance and implementing specific actions, thus drove the improvement and upgrading of rural governance.
