摘要
变压器油作为变压器绝缘的主要构成部分,其状态的好坏直接关系变压器的安全稳定运行。而绝缘油的介质损耗值是油化试验的重要理化指标,可以将其作为判断出绝缘油遭受污染程度的依据。尤其当绝缘油含气量、耐压数据在正常范围内时,通过油介损试验可提前发现绝缘油劣化的隐蔽性缺陷。本文通过对一起35 kV变压器油介损异常情况进行分析,介绍了引起变压器油介损增高的原因及相关处理措施,指出变压器在生产、运行过程中需要重点管控引起油介损增大的相关环节,为变压器安全生产运行提供指导建议。
As the main component of transformer insulation,the condition of transformer oil is directly related to the secure and stable operation of transformer.The dielectric loss value of insulating oil is an important physical and chemical index of oil chemical test,which can be used as the basis for judging the degree of pollution of insulating oil.Especially,when the air content and withstand voltage data of insulating oil are within the normal range,the hidden defects of insulating oil deterioration can be found in advance through the oil dielectric loss test.In this paper,the reasons for the increase of oil dielectric loss of transformer and relevant treatment measures are introduced based on the analysis of an abnormal situation of oil dielectric loss of a 35 kV transformer.The relevant links that cause the increase of oil dielectric loss are pointed out and should be controlled during the production and operation of transformer,which provides guidance and suggestions for the safe production and operation of transformer.
