摘要
本文针对采用连续油管进行海管预调试作业这一海上施工方式,通过分析实际海上施工工况,结合海上安装结构物设计的方法,研究设计了一套可用于舷侧下放连续油管的塔架系统,该塔架系统用于支撑预调试作业的各个模块,包括连续油管滚筒、注入头及其塔架、动力撬与控制室等部分。与传统方式从月池下放连续油管相比,该套塔架系统减少了连续油管预调试作业对作业船舶的限制,具有实际工程意义。
In this paper, aiming at the offshore construction method of using coiled tubing for submarine pipeline precommissioning, by analyzing the actual offshore construction conditions and combining with the design method of offshore installation structures, we researched and designed a set of tower system that can be used for lowering coiled tubing on the side. This tower system is used to support various modules of pre-commissioning operation, including coiled tubing drum, injection head and its tower, power skid, and control room, etc. Compared with traditional way of lowering coiled tubing from the moon pool, this tower system is able to reduce the restrictions of coiled tubing precommissioning operation on working ships, having practical engineering significance.
