摘要
目的:分析安徽省北部农村地区有偿供血感染老年艾滋病患者的生理、心理健康状况及性别差异。方法:采用分层整群抽样方法选取安徽省北部农村地区有偿供血感染老年艾滋病患者进行问卷调查,并对数据进行统计分析。结果:272名老年艾滋病患者中,女性患者睡眠障碍患病率为70.8%,明显高于男性(48.3%)。女性艾滋病患者在生命质量的10个维度中,仅有角色功能和生活质量得分与男性差异没有统计学意义,其他8个维度的得分均显著低于男性(P<0.05)。回归分析显示,在控制了慢性病数量和睡眠质量得分后,女性患者的生理领域得分较男性低3.550分(β=-3.550,P=0.001),心理领域得分较男性低4.744分(β=-4.744,P<0.001)。结论:安徽省北部农村地区有偿供血感染的老年女性艾滋病患者的健康状况不佳,慢性病患病率高达91.6%,睡眠障碍患病率显著高于老年男性患者,生理和心理领域生命质量显著低于老年男性患者。
Objective: To analyze the physiological and mental health status of elderly people living with AIDS transmitted through paid blood donation in rural areas of north Anhui province and gender difference. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among elderly people living with AIDS transmitted through paid blood donation in rural areas of north Anhui province by using stratified cluster sampling, and the data were statistically analyzed. Results: Among the 272 elderly people living with AIDS, the prevalence of sleeping disorder of females was 70.8%, which was higher than that of males(48.3%). Among the 10 dimensions of quality of life of elderly people living with AIDS, there were no significant differences between females and males in terms of scores of role function and quality of life, and females had lower scores than males in terms of other 8 dimensions(P<0.05). The regression analysis showed that after controlling the number of chronic diseases and sleeping quality scores, female’s physical health score was 3.550(β=-3.550, P=0.001) lower than males, and female’s mental health score was 4.744(β=-4.744, P<0.001) lower than males. Conclusion: The health status of elderly females living with AIDS transmitted through paid blood donation in rural areas of north Anhui province was poor, and the prevalence of chronic diseases was 91.6%. The prevalence of sleep disorder among them was higher than that of elderly males, and physical and mental dimensions of quality of life of them were poorer than that of elderly males.
