摘要
校园五人制足球是一项新兴且较受学生欢迎的体育运动。五人制足球活动的开展有利于增强学生体质,对身体形态、身体机能、身体素质、骨密度等指标都有积极的影响作用。此外,有助于缓解心理压力,使学生的综合素养得到提高。该文研究得出,通过提升足球教育价值,加强身体功能训练,贯彻以赛促训原则,构建三位一体的校园足球课程模式,加强校园足球基础建设等策略,均可有效增强学生体质。
Campus futsal is a new and popular sport among students.The development of futsal is conducive to enhancing students’physical fitness and has a positive impact on indicators such as body shape,physical function,physical quality and bone density,and in addition,it can also help relieve psychological pressure and improve students’comprehensive quality.This paper concludes that strategies such as improving the value of football education,strengthening physical function training,implementing the principle of"Promoting Training by Competition",constructing the"Trinity"campus football curriculum model and strengthening construction of campus football infrastructure can effectively enhance students’physique.
