摘要
涤纶传统水浴染色存在高耗水、高排放、高污染的技术难题,严重制约了纺织行业的可持续发展。文中着眼于涤纶分散染料的无水染色方法,着重介绍有机溶剂染色、超临界二氧化碳流体染色、硅基介质染色等技术,分析各个新型染色技术的优点与不足,以期能够改变涤纶传统水浴染色的三高现状,为涤纶分散染料生态染色技术的发展提供新思路。
Traditional water bath dyeing of polyester has technical problems,such as high water consumption,high emission and high pollution,which seriously restrict the sustainable development of textile industry.Based on water-free dyeing methods of polyester dyed with disperse dye,this article introduces the organic solvent dyeing,supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing and silicone medium dyeing technology,and analyzes the advantages and shortcomings of different new dyeing technologies.The aim is to change the three highs problems of traditional dyeing for polyester,and provide a new thought for the development of ecological dyeing technology.
