摘要
通过宏观检查、化学成分分析、微观形貌观察和能谱分析等手段对某化肥厂凝汽器管束泄漏的原因进行了分析。结果表明:管束发生了垢下氯离子点蚀,并因化学清洗药品中含氟离子,经过清洗-吹扫-开车过程的两个停工期,在自然蒸发作用下氯离子和氟离子发生聚集浓缩,点蚀加剧,造成腐蚀穿孔。
The causes of condenser tube bundle leakage in a chemical fertilizer plant were analyzed by macroscopiy inspection,chemical composition analysis,microscopic morphology observation and energy spectrum analysis.The results showed that chloride ion pitting under the scale occurred in the tube bundle.And the chemical cleaning chemicals contained fluoride ions,and the chloride ions and fluoride ions gathered and concentrated under the effect of natural evaporation during the two shutdown periods of over cleaning purging start-up,which aggravated pitting and caused corrosion perforation.
