摘要
在泻痢固肠丸现行标准基础上,采用改进薄层色谱方法(TLC)对陈皮、白芍同时定性鉴别,优化白术的TLC鉴别方法,并采用HPLC法检测泻痢固肠丸中吗啡、芍药苷的含量。结果显示,建立的TLC鉴别专属性较好,斑点清晰;吗啡、芍药苷分别在各自范围内有较好线性关系(r≥0.999 4),平均回收率为100.70%、99.90%(n=9)。建立的方法简便准确,可参考控制泻痢固肠丸质量。
On the basis of the current standard of Xieli Guchang pills, improved thin layer identification(TLC) was adopted for simultaneously qualitative identification of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Paeonia lactiflora, meanwhile the TLC identification method of Atractylodes Rhizoma was optimized, and the contents of morphine and paeoniflorin in Xieli Guchang pills were detected by HPLC. The research showed that the established TLC had good specificity and clear spots. Morphine and paeoniflorin had a good linear relationship between the injection amount and the peak area in their respective ranges(r≥0.999 4), the average recoveries were 100.70% and 99.90%(n=9), respectively. The established method is simple and accurate, and can refer to controlling the quality of Xieli Guchang pills.
