摘要
褐腐真菌是森林生态系统的重要组成部分,可以降解木质材料中的纤维素和半纤维素,具有重要的生态功能。褐腐真菌的部分种类是重要的林木病原菌,还有些种类是食药用真菌,具有重要的经济价值。近些年研究表明,虽然褐腐真菌分散于不同的科甚至是不同的目中,但绝大多数的褐腐真菌类群聚集在多孔菌目中。综述了中国多孔菌目中褐腐真菌的分类与系统发育的研究进展与现状,提供了目前中国范围内分布的该类群的物种名录,初步探讨并展望了该类群今后的研究方向及需要重点解决的问题。
The brown-rot fungi as an important component of forest ecosystem can degrade celluloses and hemicelluloses of wood and has important ecological functions. Some brown-rot fungi are important forest pathogens, and some species are edible or medicinal fungi, which have important economic values. Recent studies have shown that brown rot fungi are dispersed in different families and even in different orders, the majority of brown-rot fungi are concentrated in the Polyporales. This review summarizes the research progress and status of classification and phylogeny of the brown-rot fungi within the Polyporales, provides the species checklist of this group in China, preliminarily discusses and prospects the future research directions and the problems yet to be resolved of this group.
