摘要
文章基于“长三角”区域一体化背景下建设工程领域专业技术人员职称评审所面临的实际困扰,就目前苏浙沪两省一市建设工程人才职称评审特色开展对比。同时,就苏浙沪两省一市人力社保部门联合出台的示范区人员资格互认暂行办法进行探究,提出“长三角”区域建设工程人才职称一体化平台建设构想的改革与创新。文章可为两省一市人力社保部门及住建部门职称政策改革提供重要的参考依据,并为“长三角”区域建设工程领域未来的人才引育工程与人才交流工作提供重要的要素保障。
In the context of"Yangtze River Delta"regional integration,this paper carries on the comparison between Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai provinces’characteristics of construction engineering personnel professional title evaluation according to the construction engineering field professional title evaluation faced by the actual trouble.Meanwhile,the interim measures for mutual recognition of personnel qualifications in the demonstration areas jointly issued by the human resources and social security departments of Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai provinces were explored,and the reform and innovation of the construction concept of the"Yangtze River Delta"regional construction engineering personnel title integration platform is proposed.This paper can provide an important reference for the professional title policy reform of human social security departments and housing construction departments in two provinces and one city,and provide an important element guarantee for the future talent introduction and training project and talent exchange work in the construction engineering field of the Yangtze River Delta region.
