矿井风水管路在线监控系统研究与应用

摘要 矿井井下供风、供水复杂系统,经常造成供风、供水不足且维护困难,为保证矿井可靠供风、供水,基于通信技术,采用分布式、可视化设计,设计集远程控制和故障诊断为一体的在线监控系统平台。实践证明,该系统适用于井下多水平、多采区(盘区)、多工作面同时施工的复杂供风、供水系统,可精确、快速地判断故障,并对现场进行操作,实现远程控制和现场控制的切换,提高系统运行效率。 The underground air and water supply system is complex,which often cause insufficient air and water supply and difficult maintenance,in order to ensure reliable air and water supply for the mine,based on communication technology,distributed and visual design is adopted to design an online monitoring system platform integrating remote control and fault diagnosis.The practice proves that the system is applicable to the complex air supply and water supply system for simultaneous construction of multiple levels,multiple mining areas(panels)and multiple working faces under the shaft.It can accurately and quickly judge faults,operate on site,realize the switch between remote control and on-site control,and improve the system operation efficiency.
