摘要
小型农田水利工程建设作为民生经济发展的重要举措,近年来得到了快速发展,国家和地方各级政府对当前小型农田水利工程建设的支持给了水利人强劲有力的信心。为了持续推进小型农田水利工程建设,切实把二十大精神内化于心付诸于行。本文就目前小型农田水利工程对渭北平原乡村振兴的作用和重要性以及建设中存在的主要问题做简要分析。
As an important measure to enhance people’s living and economy level,small-sized water conservancy projects has been developed rapidly.The governments of all levels have paid great attention to the construction of small-sized water conservancy projects.In order to promote the water conservancy projects,and carry out the plan of 20th National Congress,this paper analyzes the role of small-sized water conservancy projects in the rural revitalization of Weibei plain,and existing problems in construction.
