基于DSP的汽车发动机故障诊断系统设计

摘要 为了在识别汽车发动机故障时,提高对故障定位的准确性,缩短维修周期,提升发动机的运作性能,基于数字信号处理(Digital Signal Processing,DSP)设计了汽车发动机故障诊断系统。首先,设计了系统总体框架、硬件传感器等;其次,提取候选区故障特征;最后,基于DSP设计信号处理板程序,利用基于加速分割测试的特征(Features From Accelerated Segment Test,FAST)方法标记机械故障点,完成基于DSP的汽车发动机故障诊断系统设计。实验结果表明,设计方法大幅提升了故障诊断准确率和效率。 In order to improve the accuracy of fault location,shorten the maintenance cycle and improve the operation performance of the engine when identifying the automobile engine fault,this paper designs the automobile engine fault diagnosis system based on Digital Signal Processing(DSP).Firstly,design the overall framework of the system;on this basis,design the system hardware sensors,etc.Secondly,extract the fault features of the candidate area.Finally,design the signal processing board program based on DSP,use the Features From Accelerated Segment Test(FAST) method to mark the mechanical fault point,and complete the DSP-based automotive engine fault diagnosis system design.The experimental results show that the design method greatly improves the accuracy and efficiency of fault diagnosis.
