摘要
信息技术的发展推动了电子产品智能化的进程,但是智能产品在使用过程中可能会因自身设计缺陷和外部因素而出现质量安全问题,从而威胁到人民群众财产和生命安全。以智能可穿戴设备、智能安防设备和家居设备3类典型智能消费品为对象研究智能消费品的质量安全风险,梳理智能家居设备的信息安全等问题并分析其原理。最后,从标准与法规、设计与运维、文化与消费引导3个层面提出了智能消费品新型质量安全问题的应对措施。
The development of information technology has promoted the process of intelligent electronic products, but smart products may have quality and safety problems due to their own design defects and external factors in the process of use, thus threatening people’s property and life safety. To study the quality and safety risks of smart consumer products with three types of typical smart consumer products,such as smart wearable devices, smart security devices and home devices, sort out the information security of smart home devices and other issues and analyze their principles. Finally, the responses to the new quality and safety problems of smart consumer products are proposed from 3 levels: standards and regulations, design and operation and maintenance, and culture and consumer guidance.
