基于PSASP的新能源恒频控制策略建模与仿真分析

摘要 该文针对新能源参与电网频率主动支撑的实现方式介绍了一种基于虚拟功角下垂控制原理的恒频控制策略,推导了恒频控制中有功控制模块、无功控制模块、频率采集模块的数学模型。基于电力系统分析综合程序(PSASP)的自定义功能搭建了新能源恒频控制模型,在典型系统中仿真分析了其响应特性,并与下垂控制、惯量控制以及下垂+惯量控制三种新能源频率主动支撑控制方式进行比较。仿真表明,交直流故障下新能源恒频控制可以有效支撑电网频率,提高系统的稳定水平。 This paper aims at the realization method of new energy participating in the active support of grid frequency. A constant frequency control strategy based on the virtual power angle droop control principle is introduced. Deduced the mathematical model of active power control module,reactive power control module and frequency acquisition module in constant frequency control. A new energy constant frequency control model is built based on the custom function of the Power System Analysis Software Program(PSASP). In a typical system,the response characteristics are simulated and analyzed,and compared with the droop control and inertia control and droop + inertia control three new energy frequency active support control methods. Simulation shows that constant frequency control of new energy sourcesunder AC/DC faults can effectively support the grid frequency and improve the stability of the system.
