摘要
近年来,中国城镇化的步伐日益推进,人民生活水平越来越好.而我国目前已经明确了推进生态文明城市建设的主要任务,规定全国所有城市都应当在稳抓发展的同时,兼顾城市的自然环境构建与城市宜居自然环境改建,摒弃单一粗放的城市化发展方式,以达到经济、社会发展效果和生态建设效果的良好整体统一.所以,如何维护城市经济发展与生态建设的均衡,是城市规划设计关心的主要问题.
In recent years,the pace of urbanization in China has been advancing,and people’s living standards have become better.At present,China has clarified the main tasks of promoting the construction of ecological civilization cities,and stipulates that all cities in China should give considerations to the construction of the natural environment in the city and the reconstruction of the livable natural environment in the city while steadily grasping development,and abandon a single extensive urbanization development mode,to achieve a good overall unity of the effect of economic and social development and the effect of ecological construction.Therefore,how to maintain the balance between urban economic development and ecological construction is the main concern of urban planning and design.
