建设单位作为项目实施的重要参与者,务必充分认识到管理模式创新的意义,以满足民生发展为根本出发点,正视当前工程管理阶段急需改进的方面,鼓励管理创新与转型,推进工程建设活动顺利有序的开展.工程管理模式的合理应用是提升项目建设品质的重要路径,将创新型的管理模式贯穿应用于整个工程建设中,促使工程管理的程序化、模块化发展,推动建筑业健康长足发展.
As an important participant in project implementation,construction units must fully realize the significance of management mode innovation,take satisfying people’s livelihood development as the fundamental starting point,face up to the aspects that urgently need to be improved in the current project management stage,encourage management innovation and transformation,and promote the smooth and orderly development of engineering construction activities.The rational application of the project management mode is an important way to improve the quality of project construction,and the innovative management mode is applied throughout the entire project construction,so as to promote the procedural and modular development of project management and promote the healthy and long-term development of the construction industry.
