摘要
目的分析橄欖橋腦小腦萎縮(OPCA)的臨床和MR表現。方法回顧5例臨床擬診爲OPCA並經MR證實的病例,所有病人均採用1.5TMR進行檢查。結果小腦半球5例、橋腦腹側5例、小腦中腳4例和延髓腹側上部4例體積縮小。在T2加權像上常可見橋横纖維(3/5)和小腦中腳(2/5)高信號。結論OPCA的MR表現主要爲小腦半球、橋腦腹側、小腦中腳和延槌橄欖的萎縮。橋橫纖維的高信號在T2加權像上較常觀察到。
Objective To describe the clinical and MRfeatures ofolivopontocerebellar atrophy(OPCA).Methods 5 cases suspected OPCA clinically and confirmed by MRI were reviewed.All patients were evaluated on 1.5T unit.Results Volume losses ofcerebellar hemisphere(n=5),ventral ports(n=5),middle cerebellar peduncles(n=4),and superior ventral medulla oblongata(n=4)were presented in almost all ofthe patients.T2 weighted images often showed high-signaling of pontine transversal fibers(3/5)and middle cerebellar peduncles(2/5).Conclusion MRI showed cerebellar hemisphere,ventral pons,middle cerebelllar peduncles and olive atrophies in OPCA patients,Hyperintensity of pontine transversal fibers were easily observed on T2 weighted images.
