摘要
本研究综合情感劳动和工作满意度的理论框架,采用定量研究探讨教师情感劳动的表层行为、深层行为和自然行为三个维度与工作满意度之间的关系。问卷调查数据来自168名高中英语教师。研究表明,高中英语教师能使用多类情感劳动策略,但总体使用水平不高;教师总体工作满意度处于中等水平;表层行为、深层行为及自然行为与内在满意度及外在满意度均呈现显著正相关关系。使用情感劳动策略对英语教师工作满意度的提升具有积极作用。
Based on the theoretical framework of emotional labour and job satisfaction, this study used quantitative research to explore the correlation between the three dimensions of teachers’ emotional labour—surface acting, deep acting and expression of naturally felt emotions—and job satisfaction. Questionnaire data were collected from 168 senior high English teachers. Three major findings were drawn: senior high English teachers were able to use multiple types of emotional labour strategies, but the overall level of use was low;teachers’ overall job satisfaction were just satisfied;surface acting, deep acting and expression of naturally felt emotions showed a significant positive relationship with teachers’ intrinsic and extrinsic satisfaction. The use of emotional labour strategies has a positive effect on the improvement of English teachers’ job satisfaction.
